to Order by Mail:
In
case you choose not to order online with a credit card, we have provided
a simple way for you to send your order in by mail.
1.
Simply go thru the online catalog and make your selections as you normally
would.
2.
Once you have selected your items, choose "Go To Payments".
3.
Then fill in your billing and shipping information and click on "Continue".
4.
Print the order summary, and mail your order and money order to:

International Orders:
We ship internatioally. When you click on
the order button, it will take you to the summary page. Choose "International
Airmail" or "Canada" delivery options. This will calculate the appropriate
international delivery rate.
